How to choose your size?

4 sizes available:
Size S from 1.50 m to 1.65 m.
Size M from 1.66 m to 1.77 m.
Size L from 1.78 m to 1.83 m.
Size XL from 1.84 m to 2.01 m.

Size S does not include bottle holder inserts on the frame. Bottle holders on handlebars are available and very practical (ref 8487122).

If you are on the border between 2 sizes:
Take the smaller size to favor a more upright position.
Take the larger size to favor a more stretched position.

0, 1, 2 or 3: how to choose your assistance mode?

Walking mode - Assistance while walking.

Mode 0 - Assistance deactivated.

Mode 1 - Gentle assistance up to 25 km/h which makes you forget the weight of the bike - autonomy of approximately 90 km in normal conditions.

Mode 2 - Moderate assistance up to 25 km/h - autonomy of approximately 80 km in normal conditions.

Mode 3 - "Boost" assistance up to 25 km/h in case of more difficult climbs (attention: in case of prolonged use, your autonomy will be significantly reduced)

36v 11.6 Ah (418Wh) lithium-ion battery with a clamping system to prevent battery vibration while riding.

What is the assistance sensor for?

A simple and clever principle: The harder you press the pedals, the more assistance you receive. You control the acceleration and speed.

For those in the know, this is called a torque sensor integrated into the bottom bracket.

A frame designed to combine lightness and comfort

Our engineers designed this 6061 aluminum mixed frame with a lowered geometry to facilitate step-over. This frame offers optimal comfort and true versatility.
It features inserts for bottle cages and luggage racks.

Adjustable suspension fork

Our designers added the SUNTOUR NCX SF17 suspension fork with adjustable lockout spring.

28" double-walled wheels

Go hiking with the Riverside 500 E equipped with black double-walled aluminum wheels.
For transporting your bike, a quick release front wheel allows you to easily remove it.
Front wheels with 28 spokes and rear wheel with 36 spokes.
Rear wheel nut removable with an 8 mm Allen key. (Btwin 900 multitools compatible).
Wheel diameter = 28 inches (21-622).
Your rear wheel axle is M12 x 1.25

Hydraulic Disc Brakes: Master Your Braking

Ride safely on any terrain (dry/wet) thanks to the TEKTRO TKD 160 mm hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear.
Hydraulic braking will give you more precise braking as well as better comfort at the levers.

Semi-rising handlebar (620 mm) in aluminum.
1 1/8 inch aluminum stem, 75 mm long.

Saddle: Sit comfortably

Because it is important to have a seat adapted to the practice, our teams have designed an exclusive B'TWIN ERGOFIT TREKKING 500 saddle.
Graduated aluminum seat post for easier adjustment.

Seat post diameter = 28.6 mm.
Tool-free saddle height adjustment (quick release).

Pedals

The Riverside 500 electric comes with versatile one-piece plastic pedals with a wide contact surface for better foot support on the pedal.

Your Riverside 500 E comes with a bell, lights (front/rear), wheel reflectors and pedals.
Depending on the type of accessory and the size of the bike, the frame is compatible with:

- baby carrier on luggage rack
- baby carrier on frame: only sizes M and L are compatible. Size S is not compatible.
