General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1: Scope of application
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relations between RENOV VELO (located at 82 Rue Victor Hugo, 93240 Stains, France, contact by e-mail at support@renovelo-bilel.store) and its customers.

RENOV VELO, registered with the RCS of Bobigny under SIREN 893 677 724 (SIRET: 893 677 724 00013), has a share capital of €50,000.

The customer accepts without reservation these General Terms and Conditions, which prevail over any other document.

Article 2: Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the renovelo-bilel.store website in the detailed sheets of each item.

Article 3: Orders
Orders are placed exclusively on the renovelo-bilel.store website. Validation of the order implies acceptance of the T&Cs.

Article 4: Availability of items
The stocks displayed are updated regularly. In the event of a product being unavailable, the customer will be informed promptly.

Article 5: Validity period of offers
Products are offered for sale while stocks last.

Article 6: Prices
Prices displayed are in euros including tax. Delivery is free for all orders of at least €199.

Article 8: Payment
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer.

Advantages of bank transfer:

• Enhanced security thanks to banking protocols.
• Rapid confirmation of payment.
• No risk related to bank card limits.

Bank details will be transmitted when the order is finalized.

Article 9: Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when purchasing.

Delivery details:

• Delivery times: 4 to 5 working days (including preparation and delivery).
• Delivery area: We deliver throughout Europe, including the following countries: France, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Switzerland (non-exhaustive list).

RENOV VELO declines all responsibility in the event of delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

Article 10: Warranty and returns
Warranty:
Our products benefit from an average warranty of 2 years.

Return conditions:
A prior authorization is required for any return. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

Article 11: Transfer of ownership and risks
The transfer of ownership occurs after full payment. The risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery.

Article 12: Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code. The return costs are at his expense.

Article 13: Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is ensured by RENOV VELO, managed by Bilel BOUHALI. The data collected complies with the GDPR. The customer can exercise his rights (access, rectification, deletion) by contacting support@renovelo-bilel.store

Article 14: Liability
RENOV VELO cannot be held responsible in the event of improper use of the products.

Article 15: Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French and European law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Bobigny shall have jurisdiction.
